We know you’re excited to receive your items! Standard processing takes 1-3 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes:

6. What is your return policy?
We want you to love what you bought! We offer a 15-day return window for most items in their original, unused condition with packaging intact. Please see our Return Policy page for instructions on how to initiate a return.
Note: For hygiene reasons, certain items like chew toys or used pet beds cannot be returned.

8. My item arrived damaged. What should I do?
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48-72 hours of receiving it with photos of the damage. We’ll work with you to provide a replacement or refund. The damage claim window currently is 48-72 hours. Please make sure to contact us with the damage evidence within the given time window
